It wasn’t worth it for all the guys who died here in 1945 just to make this cool little video, but it was certainly worth the D-Day invasion to get all the nifty movies we’ve seen since then. Well, that and freedom from Nazi enslavement.
This video shows what some clear thinking fellows with a good plan can accomplish with not a lot of money and a ton of effort. Sort of like writing screenplays, eh? Apply butt to seat and extract cleverness!
Apparently, they were hired by the BBC to do the invasion sequence for a movie the Beeb made. This is the “making of.”
